Playing In Paradise #72: Watercolour edition

I have been having a hard time paper crafting since I started focusing on watercolour. So I decided that the best way to get a paper craft project done was to throw in a little watercolouring!

I challenged myself and the gang at Scrapbooker’s Paradise to create a project that is “inspired by watercolour” and I even threw in a painting for them to use as a jumping-off point.

I used a really fun product to create the painted, shimmery colours on my card, and while I was making the card, I was inspired to create a piece of framed art using the same design and technique. Check out the finished product, instructions and all the details here, and I hope you’ll play along!

Stunning card, you have created a fabulous work of art. I like to think of cards as little canvases anyway and you highlighted that perfectly. Fantastic post over at PPC too :).
