Happy New Year! 2012 was an amazing year for me: I learned so much and found something to be joyful about every single day. I want to make 2013 even better, and so I’m sharing my joy by offering a new and year long promotion.
Starting January 1st, 2013, for every painting I sell throughout the year I will donate 10% of the purchase price to Gospel for Asia’s Compassion Services ministry.
Gospel for Asia’s Compassion Services is bringing Christ’s love to the suffering and needy in very practical ways. GFA-supported missionaries and volunteers assist survivors of natural disasters by providing food, water, medical care, clothing and even shelter. Teams also minister to slum dwellers and leprosy patients in some of Asia’s major cities. And all is done with a clear Gospel witness. – from gfa.org
Whether your painting purchase is through me personally or through a gallery, 10% will go to Gospel for Asia’s compassion ministries. Gospel for Asia is one of the very few non-profit organizations in which 100% of giving goes to where it is designated, not to administration or employee salaries. Last year I hosted an open house on my birthday, raising money for sewing machines for women in India, and it’s going to feel like my birthday all year round to have this opportunity to give to the needy with every painting I sell.
Email me to inquire about purchasing paintings you see on my web site, visit my Facebook page to see a gallery of current paintings for sale with prices, or contact me to arrange a studio visit. Every few years I do a small increase in my painting prices, and will be doing so in 2013, but for the month of January my paintings will remain at their 2012 prices. It’s a great time to buy original art!
