I sat outside the British Columbia legislature building in Victoria, BC one afternoon in summer to create this painting, enjoying the hum and buzz of people all around in this capital city of my home province. It’s nearly as far for me to visit Victoria as it is to visit the USA, 1300 km (800 miles)
