New Painting Series: Wings & Petals

I'm so delighted to unveil my new painting series, titled "Wings & Petals."

Over the last few years I've found utter joy in painting themes of freedom, joy and vulnerability. I believe it takes strength to live joyously and graciously, to seek peace, to live kindly and offer forgiveness, to trust God to take care of the outcome, especially when the world seems dark and terrifying. Nature so often symbolizes that kind of truth and trust for me and each of these paintings shows a little bit of the freedom I feel in walking the path set for me today without worrying about the end result.
