Watercolor & Walking Tour in Italy, October 2020
I've been spending a few minutes every day on Duolingo, learning some conversational Italian. Il gelato non è colazione! (Ice cream is not a breakfast - I would disagree.)
It's absolutely a dream come true to be able to invite you to come and paint with me in ITALY! When I travel to teach and paint, I get to see the world and connect with students who love adventure as much as I do, and this seven night excursion into northern Italy will be our chance to see and paint some of the world's most beautiful views...together!
The workshop takes place in October of 2020 and is hosted by The Blue Walk, and it's an art and walking tour. Each day we'll spend an hour or two on foot, sketchbook in hand, experiencing sights around Milan, Rapallo and Lake Como. We'll pause and paint, study the views (perhaps with a scoop of gelato in hand), and find ourselves enriched and immersed in the culture and beauty of Italy.
As an instructor, I am both excited and challenged by the opportunity to paint en plein air (on location) and it's this freshness of experience that will make walking and learning with a small group of fellow watercolor lovers so exciting.
I would love for you to join me! This workshop is limited to no more than 16 students and registrations started coming in even before I started advertising it. Check out the trip details here: https://www.thebluewalk.com/watercolor-sketchbook-vacation-in-italy-with-angela-fehr/
I was going to wait to announce this workshop until I had my entire 2020 schedule set up, but registrations are coming in already, and I don't want you to miss out! Note that I will have limited spaces in workshops in North Carolina (April 2020) and Seattle (November 2020) to be announced soon.
